These terms apply when you use immidit to book home healthcare services. Please read them — they are written to be clear, not to confuse.

1. What immidit is

immidit is a home healthcare platform operated by Antarlaapika Private Limited (Gurugram, Haryana). We connect patients in Delhi-NCR with trained, verified healthcare professionals who visit your home to carry out clinical procedures — including injections, IV drips, wound dressings, catheter care, vaccinations, and diagnostics. We are building towards complete clinic- and hospital-level care at home.

immidit is not a hospital or standalone clinic. We facilitate access to qualified paramedical professionals; we do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment plans, or prescriptions.

2. Who can use immidit

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a minor or an elderly family member, you confirm that you are their parent, legal guardian, or authorised caregiver and take full responsibility for the booking.

By using immidit you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to consent to the clinical procedure being booked.

3. Services we provide

Our nurses carry out specific, pre-ordered clinical tasks at your address. Current services include:

  • Intramuscular and intravenous injections
  • IV fluid / hydration drips
  • Wound cleaning and dressing
  • Urinary catheter insertion and care
  • Vaccination administration (with prescription or doctor order)
  • Blood sample collection (where offered)

Certain procedures require a valid doctor's prescription before the nurse can proceed. You will be asked to upload or show this at the time of booking or on nurse arrival.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Accurate health information: Provide correct details about blood group, allergies, medications, and medical conditions. Incorrect information can be dangerous; you bear responsibility for any consequences of inaccurate disclosures.
  • Be present and accessible: Ensure yourself or an authorised adult is available at the address at the scheduled time. The nurse cannot leave consumables or medications unattended.
  • Valid prescription: For prescription-only services, provide a legible, valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Safe environment: Provide a reasonably clean and safe space for the nurse to work. Do not harass, threaten, or obstruct our staff.

5. Cancellation policy

Before kit dispatch — cancellation is allowed. A processing and pharmacy preparation fee is deducted; the remainder is refunded within 5–7 business days.

After kit dispatch — no cancellation. Once your kit has been dispatched from the pharmacy, the booking cannot be cancelled.

No refund after nurse arrival — once the healthcare professional has arrived at your location, the booking is non-refundable unless there is a clear service failure on our part.

6. Payment terms

All payments are collected online via Razorpay at the time of booking. Service prices currently range from ₹299 to ₹899 per visit; the exact price for your selected service is shown before you confirm payment.

Refunds (where applicable under the cancellation policy above) are processed to the original payment source. immidit does not store full card numbers; all payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS standards.

7. Medical disclaimer

immidit is NOT an emergency service.

If you or someone near you is experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or stroke symptoms — call 108 immediately.

Our nurses are trained paramedical professionals who follow clinical protocols. However, they work within the scope of the booked procedure only. They will not diagnose your condition, alter a doctor's prescription, or provide treatment beyond the booked service. For any clinical concern outside the booked procedure, you should consult a registered doctor.

8. Limitation of liability

Antarlaapika Private Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate health information provided by you, non-compliance with nurse instructions, or underlying medical conditions not disclosed at booking.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
